Welcome to your temporary home! Our beautifully furnished apartment is located in Erkrath-Hochdal, close to the S-Bahn station. From here you can reach Düsseldorf's main train station in 15 minutes. 🛏️ What to expect: • 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a Smart TV with access to Netflix (one TV is mobile and can be moved to other locations). • Well equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. • Small living/dining area. • Bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer and essentials. Housing The apartment, accessible for people with disabilities, has two small bedrooms with a 140x200cm bed each, a living/dining area with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Blankets/pillows are available for 4 people, so it can accommodate 3 or 4 people if the width of the beds is not a concern :) Towels and bed linen are of course provided. Both bedrooms have a small TV, air purifier and floor fans. The kitchen is equipped with plates, pots, a frying pan, kitchen utensils, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle. There is also a small tabletop oven (similar to a microwave) in the accommodation. There is also sugar, salt/pepper, butter and condensed milk. Coffee and tea are also available and can be used free of charge. The LIDL store can be reached on foot. A kiosk and pub are also around the corner, unfortunately Hochdahl has much more to offer. The pedestrian area of Erkrath is just 5 minutes away by car or train. Free street parking is available. Depending on the time of day, there may be bottlenecks. Unfortunately, the parking spaces next to the house CANNOT be used because they belong to the neighbors. We are currently renovating the garden so it doesn't look as good as we would like, especially the part in front of the apartment is not finished yet. The apartment also has access to the garden, after consultation you can use our terrace. What is available to the guest The apartment is located in our residential building on the ground floor. It can be entered through a separate entrance. There is a key safe at the front door, so check-in is possible at any time.
